About Us

Georgia Lee Arts is the founder of Elysian Dream® Occupational Wellness Institute™, an independent research and publishing entity focused on occupational identity, workforce transition, and systemic drivers of burnout and disengagement.

With over three decades of experience spanning military service, aerospace operations, leadership training, and organizational systems, Georgia’s work examines how roles, institutions, and professional environments shape and sometimes fracture identity, judgment, and ethical decision-making.

She is the author of Dream Journey: Breaking the Dream Barriers™ A Guide to Bridging Identity Gaps in Life and Career. And her current research explores occupational misalignment, identity disruption, and long-term workforce harm across civilian, veteran, and leadership populations.

Georgia’s work is grounded in authorship, institutional analysis, and evidence-based inquiry rather than coaching or advisory services. She collaborates selectively with organizations, researchers, and policymakers interested in advancing occupational wellness through structural understanding rather than surface-level intervention. Her work draws on 30+ years of experience across military, aerospace, and organizational systems and is published through books, research, and institutional writing.
